This notice explains how Vo&AI Law (https://ai.vo-associates.vn/) and our authentication partner Clerk collect, use, and protect your data, including when you sign in with Google.

Information we collect

Only what we need to run the service.

  • Account basics: name, email, and avatar provided by Clerk or Google OpenID. We never see your Google password.
  • Authentication data: session identifiers and tokens managed by Clerk to keep you signed in securely.
  • Content you submit: chat prompts, messages, uploaded documents, and feedback.
  • Technical diagnostics: IP address, device/browser details, and log data for security, fraud prevention, and performance.
  • Organization-provided fields such as client codes or billing references when supplied by your firm.

How we use data

Authentication, delivery, safety.

  • Authenticate you (including with Google), maintain sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Deliver core features: secure messaging with your legal team, document storage, and AI-powered drafting or research.
  • Improve reliability: monitor uptime, troubleshoot bugs, and measure feature adoption.
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
  • Send important notices about security, availability, or product changes.

Google Sign-In & API Services

Compliant with Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).

Limited Use
  • We request only basic profile and email scopes to verify identity; we do not access Gmail, Drive, or Contacts.
  • Google user data is used solely for sign-in, account linking, and fraud prevention; never for ads or unrelated purposes.
  • OAuth tokens are stored and encrypted by Clerk. We do not share Google user data with marketers or data brokers.
  • You can revoke Google access anytime from your Google Account security settings; revocation may sign you out of Vo&AI Law.

Data sharing

Only with trusted processors.

  • Infrastructure, storage, and authentication providers (e.g., Vercel, Clerk) under data-processing agreements.
  • AI vendors used for drafting or search with minimized prompts and confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional services (legal, security, auditing) under confidentiality.
  • Regulators or law enforcement when required by applicable law.

Security, retention, and your choices

Protection, storage, and data rights.

We retain account data while you have an active relationship with Vo&AI Law and as needed for legal or audit purposes. Deleting your account (or requesting deletion) removes profile data and session credentials, though we may keep minimal records required for compliance.

We apply least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, and logging/monitoring to detect abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Google account protected with a strong, unique password and MFA.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and you can revoke Google access at any time from your Google security dashboard.
