Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Vo&AI Law platform at https://ai.vo-associates.vn/. By signing in (including with Google), you agree to them.

1. Service

What you can expect from Vo&AI Law.

  • Vo&AI Law provides client communication, document delivery, and AI-assisted drafting/research tools for authorized users.
  • AI outputs come from your prompts and available references and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship unless you have a separate written engagement with Vo & Associates or another firm.
  • Do not rely solely on AI output for legal decisions; consult qualified counsel.

2. Accounts & Google Sign-In

How access works.

  • You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the service for your organization or matter.
  • If you sign in with Google, we use your basic profile and email to create or link your account. We do not request access to Gmail or Drive.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your Vo&AI Law session.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform or comply with law.

3. Acceptable use

Keep the platform safe.

  • Do not upload unlawful, confidential, or third-party content unless you have the right to share it.
  • Do not probe, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
  • Do not use Vo&AI Law to create spam, harassment, or automated decisions that violate law or professional ethics.
  • We may remove content or restrict access when these rules are violated.

4. Content and intellectual property

Who owns what.

  • You retain ownership of the documents and prompts you upload.
  • You grant Vo&AI Law a limited license to process that content to provide the service, including sending prompts to selected AI vendors.
  • The platform, UI, and configurations remain our intellectual property.

5. Privacy and security

Data handling and safeguards.

We use encryption, access controls, and auditing to protect your information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and Google user data under the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Third-party processors (hosting, authentication, analytics, AI vendors) may handle your data under contract and only to deliver the service.

If we learn of a security breach that affects you, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to mitigate harm.

6. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Scope of responsibility.

Vo&AI Law is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law.

7. Changes and governing law

Updates and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, or legal changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We will post the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction may also apply.
